The first phase of Whale Energy has completed the construction of an 12,000-square-meter automated production line for lithium battery pack assembly, achieving full-process intelligent manufacturing of cells, modules, and battery packs. The production line covers five core links: cell pre-treatment, module assembly, PACK integration, system testing, and intelligent warehousing. The automation rate is 95% to 98%, making it a standard base for large-scale and high-quality manufacturing of energy storage and battery power supplies.
